Schools Phone-In with Ian Mac Today

Ian Mac is hosting the Phone-In on Isle of Wight Radio today (3rd March 2008) with a special guest later on.

He is looking to do a small opinion poll in which you can vote which option you’d prefer: Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, or none of the above!

Tune in to Isle of Wight Radio now until 1pm.

Update: The results are in! Ian said that he was inundated with texts and emails for his poll, and only one person voted for one of the proposed options! When will this Council listen to their people??

    Fasntastic news lets hope he has Pete Harris in too…

    Just wondering if Helen off the phone in today could expand more on her comments about planning applications on school sites.
    Helen, you made some very interesting points and I just wondered if you can provide more detail, some of the school sites you mentioned have a number of planning applications in the immediate area that have recently been passed despite numerous objections.
    If you want to keep the details off line we could maybe arrange for the site admin to allow me to contact you directly.

    Just noticed on IWC website a poll asking whats the biggest issue for 2008 …
    Guess what it only gives 3 options to tick and none to put Other or Schools… Sound familiar eh?

    We need ian Mac to promote the March on the 15th. It was nice to here someone other then Pugh or Wells on today. It is good to hear a different perspective. Lets hope we get a big turn out on the 15th.

    I hope the SOS organisers can get Ian & hopefully Pete Harris too but after hearing a bit of the slating Ian got today (4th) from Mr Dyke over the fantastic show Ian did with Pete Im wondering if Ian will be allowed to do an OB for IWRadio now…???
    We really do need the publicity though so lets hope they can get behind the latest protest… See you all there on the 15th…
